Belittling your primary enemy is also a crucial strategy, it can convince their puppets that US is still by far the strongest.

Even some of the Indians here were parroting the idea that the North Korean rocket launch failed because it was a Chinese rocket.

They need to use their brains. The whole world watched as China recently sent 3 astronauts to our space lab, and then returned them safely back to Earth. If we had given the North Koreans our rockets then why does NK's rockets fail immediately after launch, while ours are good enough to send human beings to space?
