Stupid? Let me tell you, you are friends, because you shared the same failure rate

Check real data....
Our Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) has 94% success rate.........we have launched almost 40 Indian and Foreign satellites with this vehicle alone........we also have a record of placing 10 satellites in one go with this vehicle

Indian Space Research Organisation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

We are fast catching up with the GSLV.....we have even launched a couple of sats. with it....
List of Indian satellites - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It is better to progress slowly, than to have your citizens killed while launching faulty rockets.....
Indian citizens can at least watch their Nation launching satellites SAFELY......whereas, the Chinese citizen have to fear for their lives......this is the only difference....;)

indian trolls are so funny

PSLV is the typical shame of india, if you check the entire world, other countries simply don't have such tiny rocket. india specifically designed it to fuel nationalism, now it is calling it an achievement.

what a huge bloody load of ****.

oh, ten satellite in a single launch? why Russia/US/China don't do this?

seems like u aren't bright enough to use google,

Piara Singh Gill - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

google also tells me the national average of india is 85, 20% lower than China.

No my dear friend......ONLY India has this record......

Russia tried to place 11 satellites once.....but failed.....

China......no f****** way.........even USA haven't done that.....

BUT India did that....not only once.....multiple times......see links below.....

India successfully launches 7 satellites in one go.......but this is not world record(Russia successfully launched 8 setallites together)
BBC NEWS | South Asia | India launches seven satellites

India successfully launches 10 satellites in one go.......this is WORLD RECORD......
ISRO launches 10 satellites in one go
(so you see, what this "tiny shame" of India(PSLV) is capable of.........capable of setting WORLD RECORDS)

You think, "Indian trolls are funny"......

BUT what's really funny is....."trolls" are backing up their claims with proper sources....whereas "serious" posters like you are just ranting without any sources.....

LOL at indian self-delusion. Talking big for 60 years and still no "superpower" in sight.

Microsatellites function differently and fly in fixed orbit. They are typically 1/10 the weight of a standard satellite and work in formation thus requiring higher numbers to complete the same task as a standard satellite. Their quality and technological sophistication is lower, meaning that the defect rate is higher, and do not carry thrusters to adjust its position when displaced off orbit.

North Korea attempted to launch a similar microsatellite into space, which only has visual feedback mechanisms and no GPS, storage devices or self-positioning thrusters, hence making them lighter.

Small satellites are not more sophisticated. They are just cheaper and easier to build and launch.

To say that India launched 7 satellites that are 1/10 the size and weight of a standard satellite launched by USA/Russia/EU/China/Japan is like saying India is inferior, not superior.

these indian rockets PSLVs are of lighter payload than ours. You have to count the result from all launches! Your engineers are much lower in the ranks in respect of successful launching rates! There is obvious superiority of our engineers over yours and you still want to brag about it!

Nope, our rocket technology partially derived from USA thanks this guy who was one of the key persons of the Manhattan Project.

You have no idea what a micro satellite is . Please hide your ignorance, dont show it

An Indian living in the West Indies is lecturing me on satellites? Canada and Canadian education are eons ahead of India or Caribbean countries in satellite tech. I don't need a third world citizen who knows only how to defend his countrymen's ignorance calling me ignorant.

thats why we r preparing this for the heavier purpose just a few months more and this will be launched:

The multiple satellites that India launched together weren't suppose to work in formation......they were separate satellites of different countries......

India launched both heavy and light satellites with its PSLV.....

Micro-satellites usually weigh under 500 kg (1,100 lb), but the 7 satellites that India launched together, had one satellite(Indian) that weighed nearly 1000 kg (2,200 lb)

PSLV has Payload to LEO 3,250 kilograms (7,200 lb)

Small satellites are not more sophisticated. They are just cheaper and easier to build and launch.....
we are not talking about satellites here......we are talking about satellite launch vehicles...and their capabilities....

If you think placing micro-satellites is easy, then why Russia failed to place 11 satellites in one go(those were micro-satellites)

The 8 satellites, Russia successfully put in orbit together were also micro-satellites.....

To say that India launched 7 satellites that are 1/10 the size and weight of a standard satellite launched by USA/Russia/EU/China/Japan is like saying India is inferior, not superior......

We are not claiming India to be superior to any one........

We didn't start this thread.....You started this thread and also brought India in showing your own inferiority complex...

We are just replying and trying to prove that our space tech. is better than what you claim.....

OK. Mr. Einstaein. Please enlighten us !

You said this : "Small satellites are not more sophisticated. They are just cheaper and easier to build and launch."

This is what Wikipedia says: "Micro/nanosats usually require innovative propulsion, attitude control, communication and computation systems."

And dont show your hubris here! You have 4th world mentality !

ISRO is no. 4

Canadian Space Agency is 8 :P

how does a thread about nk rocket fail become india bashing?? why r indians being so stupid to keep replying?
