But NK has nuke which unfortunately SK doesn't have. NK wont give a damn to development and SK cant afford years of hard work go down the drain. But once NK decides to nuke SK...uncle Sam has a perfect reason and kim jong ping pong or whatever can welcome 15MT nuke shower and kiss his @s$ gud bye!

According to some reports I cam across via my colleagues, North Korean pilots don't fly more than 20-25 hours per year. That is the lowest for any standing air force around the world.
