But that means nuke war after that. Why risk that when this weapon will suffice?

Cant we just make our own multiple launchers (MLRS) with own short range ballistic missiles in non-nuclear mode? My understanding is we can take some in-house manufactured heavy duty trucks and mount launchers on them! What are the challenges/What holds us back??

PS: Being an Automotive Engineer myself, I would suggest using own in-house manufactured Trucks/Tractors from Hino/Isuzu/Nissan for any special use in our Forces. It would not only strengthen our economy and create more jobs, money saved by Importing Mercedes/Volvo/Tatra trucks could be spent on more important projects. Our forces should work more closely with such OEMs and work on indigenization to save precious foreign exchange.
