Non-Pakistanis, what Pakistani food do you want to try?

How much it's different from Shami Kebab?
@Syed Hammad Ahmed @Cliftonite

So a shami kabab is a mix of lentils and shredded meat that is then formed into a patty and pan fried and eaten on its own or in a bun.

A Chaplikabab is very close a hamburger, with spices in it and not eaten on a bun.

they are not comparable really.

just curious, Do you paneer in pakistan
I had never ever heard of paneer and I am from Lahore.
it wasn't until I started going to Indian restaurants in Canada that I learned of it.
it's very popular in Indian restaurants but you will almost never find it in Pakistani restaurants unless they specifically have a vegetarian section of the menu for Indians and whities.

Anyone rooting for shammi kebabs clearly hasn't eaten a good chapal kebabs or isn't into beef.

I could eat this every day in winter. This isn't even the best one.

Better ones are the one mentioned in YouTube video in my linked post.

For all the non-Pakistanis out there, what Pakistani food do you want to eat if you get the chance?
Lahori Beef Paya- I tried it here in a friends place. It was mind blowing and went to sleep for 6 hours after lunch.
But I heard from his begum that the original version in Lahore will blow you away.

I am not sure. It appears both cities have strong claims to being the home of orginial Biriani. So if I ever went to India maybe I could try both and then let you guys know which is best.
Hyderabadi Dhum is way too superior in my opinion.

Have you tried Paya from India?
Absolutely- It was a staple growing up- Mutton Leg (Soup) and Paya was also a staple in Bangalore (My Native place of birth).

Kababish in Philly makes one of the best karahis that I have eaten. You must try that if you haven't. Order ahead, the guy literally takes an hour to make it
