Noise from the eastern neighbor

I hear a lot of noise coming form the eastern neighbor.

Has something happened there?

What this time?

Is it the same old habit of blaming Pakistan for all the internal problems as a knee jerk reaction?

If yes, nothing new then.

A normal day in the life of our eastern neighbor... what an unlucky country we are to have such a jealous and infested with inferiority-complex "dehati aurat" as a neighbor.

The indian media is putting the indian army and government in a tight spot... its exactly like how imran cornered PMLN about 4 years ago... he was on the road, local electronic media showed his speeches, showed people agreeing to him and lastly the web media was literally over run by PTI. The same way indian media wants blood money and its the same blame game going on as ever but this time around its on over drive and the Nos tanks are also switched on.
Some one from India needs to take a sane approach which is difficult with elections only 2 months away. That sane voice wont be modi as he needs exactly what is happening to increase his chances of an outright election victory and anyone else from congress or the likes of former premier like Manmohan etc if they speak up then they will be skinned alive by RSS, BJP and media.
I strongly suspect that this Indian media will push indo-pak to a war.

Going by the pattern of last 15-20 years, I would say the noise would get louder as elections near. Few bollywood movies about imaginary sir-g-kal strikes, and we move on.

Till fanatics in indian govt feel the pressure from public for their inefficiency and mismanagement and need another round of testing their vocal chords...

But, there's a clandestine mover in India - 50 folks (Marwari, Parsi, Jain etc.) who control 70% of her wealth!!! And, Modi is their right-hand man, and the others are at the left hand. My gut feeling is that they have more love for their wealth in this Dunya than anything else. As long as Pak maintains this status quo I believe no major adventures from India. Bu the by, this recent attack has firmly put the mojo back in Modi's hand. They have an election coming soon...

yes bro i strongly think there will be a skirmish, a war or a conflict. an unsuccesful adventure by indian army will be an indian army loss but will still be fed to public as a success as a) it will raise modi 56 inch chest to 86 and b) will get him votes for standing up to pakistan and teach them a lesson.

A serious question. Actually I would like to open an opinion poll on that:

Is hatred of Pakistan the only way to win election in India?

Are they so obsessed with us that they can't even go into election without first creating some sort of full blown drama against Pakistan?

Well u need to sit with various indians to get a feel of that.. They would preach humanity and frienship when you talk to them alone but when ever a few indians are there as a grp they change their stance.
South indians (4 states) are a mix as alot dont care that much.. But central india, south east, and north indians are simply anti pakistan. I havent come across many east indians so cant comment there.
But anti pakistan sentiments, its like inbuilt in them. Anything and everything wrong is pakistani made. They have been fed that india has always exercised restraint, india has always tried to avoid a confrontation but pakistan always acts cowardly and attacks on their back. And when india has had enough they retaliate and teach the spoiled kid a lesson which pakistan forgets very easily. Even the indian muslim join in to this mantra just to keep in the main frame and prove their identity and loyalty... coz if u speak anything pro pak, neutral or talk of sanity then u r a desh doshi and a pro pakistani.
Even sikhs not that pro pakistan as many sikhs are in forces and face the music on LOC.
Bottom line there is not going be any aman ki asha or something.. Best it can b a bitter compromise. These people need political parties to not talk of pakistan in every rally and their media to stop spewing filth. It would take a sane approach of about half a decade for this anti pakistan dust to start settling down in their mind.
