China always mean action. We are building structure in SCS like nobody business and no one can stop us. That is called real action and not cheap talk.

You are right. India needs to do lot more to help our Vietnamese brothers. currently India is not in position to confront China in SCS but things can change in future. India-Vietnam alliance is inevitable. As both countries are victims of Chinese expansionism.
