Someone tell him the difference between criminal and civil prosecution. In criminal, yes its upto the prosecution to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the accused party is guilty. In civil prosecution and under NAB Ordinance, NAB can ask any citizen to prove their assets are purchased through legal money if they feel the assets are beyond their stated income. The Sharif family has to prove that these flats were purchased with legal money, hence they produced this Qatari Letter.

First Fact
NAB can asks any citizen to prove. Therefore Sharif Family have to Prove.
Second Fact
Sharif Family did provides proves and Money trail like Gulf Steel Sale documents.
Third Fact
On GS NAB Accepts 75% Sale proceeds (21M Dirham) and refuse to accepts remaining 25% Sale (12M Dirham)

I thinks the bottom line will be either NAB have to accepts what Sharif Family provides or Rejects it under two conditions;

1. With Valid Rejection reasons everyone understands
2. Do Provides counter money trail

If NAB successful in providing valid rejection reasons then it will be easy to ascertain counter money trail.
If NAB didn't succeeds in providing valid rejection reasons (Which NS lawyer KH. Haris trying his best to proves atm) of Sharif Money trails then any punishment on any framework will be treated as "Intiqami karwayee" Publically (and that bold word is very important for future political discourse) , i thinks in next week or days, situation will be more clears.

Don't forget that Allah is with the people who believe in him and Allah will punish those who lie and steals money. Nawaz was a corrupt Leader and in my opinion he should be called "Chor Nawaz" as all of our money that we made by working hard day and night was taken outside of Pakistan.....

I would suggest you to think out of the box, everything is in front of you, every proof/evidence against him but still why do you support such corrupt people?

FACT 1:
Nawaz Sharif, during his address to the nation, stated that in 1980 this factory (Gulf Steel Mills) was sold for 33.37 Dirhams. What about the substantial loan on Gulf Steel?

This is not consistent with either the documents or recorded provided by Respondents.

Tariq Shafi not only produced false and misleading affidavits in the Supreme Court but is also known to have tainted reputation as he defaulted on loans of BCCI in 1987-88.

Shahbaz distanced himself from Gulf Steel Mills

ISLAMABAD: Shockingly, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif had distanced himself from the functioning of the Gulf Steel Mills and had also refused to verify his signature on the Share Sales Agreement of 1978 of the mill.

This means that Shahbaz Sharif has refused to recognize his own relative Tariq Shafi's version, who told the JIT that Shahbaz was involved in the functions of the Gulf Steel Mills from 1978 to 1980.


FACT 3:
The letter from the Ministry of Justice of UAE, the available and produced documents, record, circumstantial evidence and discrepancies of Tariq Shafi and respondents also establish that the sale proceeds of Gulf Steel Mills never reached Jeddah, Qatar or UK,”

Ok, now we got another challenge to common mans intelligence here...

That Qatri prince written letter was obviously authentic as in it was written and sent by the "himself panama tainted Qatri Prince..."

There wasn't any question or if and but about who wrote the letter but..

...But what he wrote had no proof or supporting documents, not a single transaction, zilch, zero, nada......

As per the law, The Qatri who claimed that there was an "in the air" partnership without any written agreement...he had to atleast appear before the authorities and present his proofs or face cross questioning about his claims that still DID NOT CARRY ANY PROOF BUT HIS WORD OF MOUTH.

Obviously he never felt obliged enough to do anything more with the case except some lip service and a few odd letters.

Let's examine the planted news reported above about the one sided version with what is commonly known:

1. Supreme Courts stamp was not on JIT papers received through MLA?
(flabbergasted by the roti ko chochi defence lawyer, simply because it was requested by JIT who were authorized by SCP to work with their full support so papers have JIT stamp)

2. Hassan Nawaz Signatures on trust deed were authentic or not?
(Who said anything about Hassan nawaz signature were fake, of course they could be authentic, the changes were in dates and copy pasting same pages. Remember, the biggest bhund by defence was using Calibre font before public release)

3. Questions about Gulf Steel Mills Sale?
There is no banking transactions of the already in debt steel mills Sale to back it did get sold and any amount changed hands.
(The same Steel Mills that Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif had distanced himself from the functioning of and had also refused to verify his signature on the Share Sales Agreement of 1978 of the mill.)
