When a judge becomes a lawyer, you can't do anything. When Naeem Bukhari said that PM didn't mention Qatri investments in his address in parliament, JUSTICE (F) AZMAT SAEED remarked that because PM didn't do any investment that's why he didn't remember about it while addressing to parliament..

The above tell a lot where the case is heading... This judge is basically saying, leave Nawaz Sharif as he has no involvement...

And moreover, he threatened IK indirectly that if you bring newspapers, we will consider news about you as true as well.

He is probably a pakoray wala who unfortunately has become a judge of our SC.

In Jun 2012, Minerva Trust Corporate Services Ltd suggested that both companies “owned a UK scold each” —16 and 17 Avenfield House —and were “owned by a same profitable owners Mariam Safdar”."

Going by this, Coomber Group Inc must have been formed before June 2007 .... another site has a registered on date of 29 September so that may be 2006?

Yes, the above screen shots say tht Shahzada Jasim has also come.. See post 113.. I think Sharif family is too powerful and influential, and can use any kind of trick..:( We should forget abt them being punished... They have entire state machinery at their disposal :( they can forge evidences and whatnot

On topic: Why is JI admanant on making judicial comission, which will only delay the case and make it more complicated? Nawaz sharif can simply be disqualified on basis of article 62,63.. Now JI has submitted another petition/request in this case in SC to form a judicial commission.... Do they want to help PM Nawaz Sharif by this?

IMO, the way JI is taking part in proceedings, it actually wants to done it once for all in other words, there is the commission meaning there is detailed investigation into the matter which cannot be concluded by verdicts passed for short term relief petition. Yes, it will take time but seems like, the same would impact with more lasting results in the case. If the Commission is not formed then it will be up-to the Court to decide the matter as per available record so question arises that either the Material shared by the parties is good enough to do the justice or it can benefit the accused due to the lack of evidence so I would say again, Judicial Commission process will cover almost every area of the case for long lasting benefits and forever ban on culprits is a possibility too. Current disqualification can only pull the chair of NS and then PMLn with someone else would be ruling or it could be a temporary relief but the same lot, will be looting the country. So JI is following a different path as per their understanding and would hammer much in this case. Other factor, most people did not notice, petition filed by the Sheikh Rasheed is good enough to disqualify the PM as not being Saidq & Amin.

The way current proceedings are conducted, either the Panama Leaks may punish the NS & Family or not but one thing for sure, it is going to provide an opportunity to someone to bring down the empire shortly that I wouldn't disclose here but surely, it will happen as soon as Panama is concluded and that One has done all the necessary homework. Soon......

I think best way would be to treat .sheikh Rahid and imran khan's petition as one, and treat JI separately... sheikh Rashid and IK's petition should be on basis of Sadiq /Amin, and hence the disqualification, and JI petition can have judicial commission... Although SC did hint abt it, and even Babar Awan said tht SC earlier said tht we may pass two different set of orders..but u know, cant trust SC fully on this... One day, in one hearing they make some remarks and then another, entireky different rmarks, as if they forget, what they said in the previous hearing... IF judicial commission has to be made, then it should be for JI petition alone, so tht detailed investigation is also done, but IK and Sheikh Rashid petition should be heard simyltaneously on basis of article 62,63 tht is Sadiq and Ameen..

Hmmm..interesting..but i am wondering..how it could be done IF Nawaz sharif gets clean chit and is not punished in panama case? He will get a new life, and will emerge more stronger than ever

SR petition is totally different than PTI plea in the matter. Also, SR tried to warn IK through different words in different times for PTI's benefit but IK missed the drift however, SR plea is simple for Sadiq & Amin thing to disqualify the PM and has nothing to do in Panama Probe.

Interesting Times ahead....... note another one now... PTI planned to move an application to disqualify SS as well and it is not about disqualification alone but there is something bigger due to which an application against SS.. You will understand if you look closely the pattern.:-)
