A long awaited decision but finally it is here. Government has to limit the movement and activities of the foreign missions as well. Their interference in the national matters is now crossing all limits.

Yes, it certainly looks like a step in the right direction, at first. Holbrooke and others have been coming and meeting every minister and their family recently, which shows their lack of respect for the Pakistani political hierarchy. However, this is also one way the PPP government can ensure nobody, not even the opposition, are allowed to present a view or opinion counter to those of the PPP. Maybe I am reading too much into it, but I am uncomfortable with having only Zardari and Malik as our interface to outside world.

Also, does this also affect trips to foreign lands? What doyou think the PPP makes of Shahbaz Shareef's meeting with Gordon Brown in England. It came as a surprise to me that SS traveled to England to speak with their PM on a one-to-one basis, but I don't think it was necessarily with "permission".

These rules are made to satisfy common people.

All of this nonsense will continue, venue will probably change to UAE.

If GoP is sincere then, from today and onwards, it should kick out guilty ministers at the first non compliance.

I think Sindh MPAs are asked not leave so that they could vote for upcoming important vote. Not sure what is cooking.

Guess SHAH MEHMOOD QURESHI is pissed off at Senator John Kerry to expose the status of his son ZAIN H QURESHI working as a ''Legislative Associate'' in the office of Senator Kerry in USA.

Since this constitutes a clear conflict of interests, so first SHAH MEHMOOD QURESHI should resign from the post of FM and then tell others to refrain direct meetings with the Americans or anyone else.

We generally know such kind of behavior as SHAM!
