they do have an observer mission, they occasionally visit our side of the LOC and have a look, but India has not allowed the observers on its own side.

Kinda stupid to deny an observer mission and then accuse the other side of breaching the ceasefire? And the accusations of Pakistan breaching the ceasefire to slip in terrorists, is there any merit to that?

Pakistan signed an agreement with India in 1972 to save its Western side of Pakistan and safe return of 90000 POW Pakistani soldiers and civil servants that Kashmir will now be a bilateral issue and no third party negotiations over it.
Oh yea. In 1948 we went to UN due to one policy mistake from Indian PM. The UN was clear. Pakistan have to vacate its troop from its side, and after that, in 6 months, elections will be held. Pakistan was afraid of losing Kashmir and hence it refused, cos the iconic kashmir leader Sheikh Abdullah supported India.

And now elections will not be held now. Pakistanis trained jihadi terrorists scums, killed and raped native Hindu pandits, chased them away starting from 1990 to create an Islamic nation. It will now never happen.
