No human rights for terrorist suspects and illegal immigrants : UK bill

Sir, my point was, what about those that are home born and grown?

If there is a foreign country where they are wanted, great.

What happens when they are either not, or the terrorism is enacted on your own soil. Where are you going to deport these then?

Those who are home grown are the vilest of the vile. They are traitors to the nation, and should be treated as any traitor and subject to said nation's laws regarding traitors.

As to deportation location; wherever the government deems fit. To Antarctica for all i care.

Terrorists should be stripped of their citizenship , labeled persona non grata and deported.
agree in principle, but take the UK for example, hundreds of their citizens are fighting for ISIS etc, maybe ethnic arab or pakistanis etc but still born and raised in the UK. Deportation them becomes a problem, maybe an insta death sentence would work better.

Irrespective of their ethnic background, race, religion. They're traitors to the United Kingdom , they pledged loyalty to another state (pseudostate in this case, the so called Caliphate ergo ISIS). As per British Law, you cannot swear fealty to another state and serve in armed forces of another state if one is a British National. By joining terrorist groups, they've abrogated their duty and rights as Citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain.

Hence, they must be stripped of their citizenship, labeled persona non grata, and be deported. Doesn't matter where they go, so long as its outside the UK and overseas British territories. The same principle should be applied for France's, Spain's, Germany's et al.

Far too long have Britain been virtually been raped by terrorist originating from immigrants..trying to impose islamicc sharia and committing pedophile acts like the rotherham child sec scandal....ungrateful pigs. Even france is no better.Europe is actually a tinderbox.

Dire times need dire actions.

Good move!!! Save your nation!!!

but you can't dispose nuclear waste in your neighbor's yard, or even float it down the river..

Well I think the process should treat petty crimes with existing law codes, why create special definition just based on race or religion that is the problem

The bill does NOT mention any particular religion. Why do you accord the term 'terrorists' to one particular faith?

This is long overdue. I think Brits learned their lessons from the likes of Abu Qatadas & Abu Hamzas, These two scumbags made the most of existing European HR laws & held British govt hostage for years befor getting kicked out.

Okay. Then what do you think would be the best course of action?

Also one thing --- Europe should curve its legislation on refugees. There should be qualitative immigration reform. What's your take on that?

Oh my ! We have a Maximilien Robespierre in our midst.

The draft bill, to replace the Human Rights Act, would allow British judges to ignore the European Court of Human Rights

Terrorists, criminals and illegal immigrants will be prevented from hiding behind human rights to avoid deportation under plans being drawn up by the Conservatives for the election.

Senior party lawyers are working on a bill of rights that would stop “family life” grounds being used to avoid being expelled from the UK.

The draft bill, to replace the Human Rights Act, would also allow British judges to ignore rulings made by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, The Times reported.

Excellent. We urgently need this sort of bill to deal with the scums hiding behing Human right. Include fake NGOs working against the national interest.

I would just prefer POTA and TADA, or your own country's equivalent. And a silent faceless nameless burial when the time comes.

Political correctness gone mad! Europe today has become the easy hunting ground for scroungers! It's not just refugees from non-EU countries. Even migrants from eastern block countries have taken the advantage of easy social security, benefit & healthcare system! Yes.. a qualitative immigration reform is desperately needed to clean up the mess!

I've no problem with it. I think its a good move, my only concern is what standards will be used to judge a "suspected" terrorist? What is the bench mark that will be used to determine the threat of a terror suspect? Otherwise I support this legislation, its about damn time the British government did something about it.
