Agreed. I am atheist. Christianity, both evangelical and Catholic, is one of the greatest threats to China's security and has been since the Qing Dynasty. Religion has become a mind control tool of the US to weaken rival countries.

Economics and Strategic importance have always played a big factor in US relationships with its ally countries. India meets both the criteria for US at present.
