'No Exchange Of Sweets With Pakistan On Republic Day': BSF Amid Tensions Along The Border

These photos are the reason they decided to deliver this “massive blow” to Pakistan. Every time you look at it you realize the difference. And it’s from a few years back, now they’re all equipped with individual earpieces and NVGs and whatnot.

Us obviously, due to the War on terror there’s been quite a modernization drive. All Pakistan army soldiers have Proper elbow and knee pads, all the New AKs have optics and lasers, polarized safety glasses and individual radios and earpieces, I’ve seen all this as standard on sentries in normal checkpoints in safe areas like Jhelum and Rawalpindi so it’s not just for the deployed soldiers. That’s the plus side of maintaining a balance between numbers and quality. If you go for too many numbers, you can equip and train them properly. (that’s why even China is massively downsizing its military recently).
