No compromise on Kulbhushan (anti state activities) - Pakistan Army

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa presided over the 201st Corps Commanders' Conference at the General Headquarters on Thursday, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.

The forum was briefed on Indian RAW agent Kulbushan Sudhir Jadhav and concluded that no compromise would be made on such anti-state activities.

National security environment, recent developments in the region, progress of operation Radd-ul-Fasaad and provision to support the ongoing National Housing and Population Census were also reviewed by the forum.

COAS appreciated formations, intelligence agencies and Law Enforcement Agencies for successful execution of operations.

Indians already making stories about our former army officer kidnapped in Nepal. The story is that our army man was involved in kulbushan kidnapping.this way they can hang our army man without any justification and only Geo news is highlighting this problem.there is no response from pak govt on this issue.it is certain that he was kidnapped by raw just to use him to bring back kulbushan back to India.it is shameful that there is no response from govt about this issue.I don't think that we can hang kulbushan now.our army man is in Indian custody and we also want him back.

To be honest, with the Modi Government I don't really know. Most Governments whether Vajpayee or a Congress Govt would absorb the domestic pressure and engage in some back room negotiation. Remember even in the wake of 26/11, Manmohan sent feelers to Pakistan via US if India could conduct some sort of strike on Muridke. Modi Government has sold itself as being as being corruption free (which it has been), development (which too it has delivered to an extent), sabka saath sabka vikas (where it has failed miserably) and a strong, aggressive foreign policy (it hasn't delivered squat).

The problem is domestic compulsion ensures that both sides have to play to the galleries. I expect the Modi Government to take some really extreme step which is going to worsen the situation bilaterally - I don't expect Jadhav to return.

The narrative being spread here is that he is already dead.

No compromise on Kulbhushan issue: Pakistan Army

RAWALPINDI: It was decided in a Corps Commanders conference on Monday that no compromise would be reached with regard to the matter of Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav.

According to the ISPR, a Corps Commanders conference was held to discuss matters pertaining to national security and regional circumstances. During the meeting, Kulbhushan Yadav’s death sentence issue also came under discussion.

It was decided in the conference that no compromise or understanding would be reached when it comes to anti-state measures. Army chief Gen. Qamar Javed Bajwa praised the role of security institutions in the recent population census that was undertaken in Pakistan.

Progress with regard to national security and operation Radd-ul-Fasaad were also other topics that came under discussion during the conference.
