Kudos to the judge for trying but looking at it with a realistic POV what will this really achieve ? Nothing.

It's not like shutting down TV shows (admittedly they weren't exactly the best quality but were still entertaining) and airing the azan on all TV channels will make 220 million people run to their closest mosque. The court is now being given the authority for moral policing, why not just import the actual (and soon to be unemployed) moral police from Saudi Arabia.
