i know ABOUT Bihar as it is one of the holiest place for Buddhist and China's presence is there and donations and aid has been given to Bihar to restart the University.

Bihar has produced immense growth in literacy in the last 20 years that outdoes the previous 40. I think its a good move.

Bihar have no power, no industry, no law & order, no service sector, no infrastructure.

Many parts of bihar remain in floods and rest in draught.

Now, we read in newspapers that nitesh is building road bridges he have build 1000 bridges in last 6 years so that it takes only six hours from the state capital to visit even far-flung areas in Bihar.

In his last term he have build roads.

But it will take a decade before bihar can say that it have started the race of development. Now, bihar is nowhere in the scene.

There is nothing to jump seeing GDP growth or IT industry growth rate for one or two years. Let me explain- If you have Rs 10 and you get Rs 3, you have in increasement of 30%. But if you have Rs 100 and you get Rs 3, it is only 3% gain. This the reason why the newcomer in particular industry , say IT , shows higher growth rate than old horses. If you build a big factory in Bhutan, you will see how the GDP is jumping............Hope I make you understand....
