I remeber that. Unfortunately our courts did not have the power to give him death sentence as he was a minor.

Having said that I totally condemn him being released in only 3 years adn given a sewing machine by Kejriwal

there are n number of ways to keep a prisoner in jail for a long time.

What BS? No one here claimed that only JNU students protested but it was your ilk who've been ranting about liberals protecting/staying mum over these rapists.

Your links prove one point that Human right activists are not hypocritical. They raised voice when an Afzal Guru(a muslim) was hanged and are also raising their voice against death sentences for rapists who happened to be Hindus.

Justice prevails.

What happened was a dastardly act.

It was slow but Nirbhaya's family got justice.

I hope that the four monsters suffer eternally for what they have done. Their souls should repent for the rest of their existence on this planet and when they die.

Not all people become adult at suddenly 18. Some can mature before 18 as well. There should be other ways to figure out if the person guilty of a major crime like this can be punished or not, on individual basis.
