Nine-year-old girl brutalized in Delhi

NEW DELHI: In yet another shocking case of brutality in the national capital, a nine-year-old girl was abducted from near her home and her private parts were cut with a blade.

The victim has been admitted to a hospital.

The incident took place in Usmanpur area of northeast Delhi.

A case has been registered under 363/376/324 of the Pocso Act.

The accused has not been arrested yet.

@hinduguy had started a thread regarding suggestions on Rape. In that one of Bangladeshi Member Mentioned that it's very important issue, so should be encouraged on PDF. However, when I asked him to show me a single thread wherein Rape Case has been discussed with Utter Seriouness, I didn't get answer. It helps them to take Cheap Shots on India, the terms which other nationalities use against us, if we use them we'll get Banned.

I fail to understand whats there to be discussed on 'RAPES'.
