Officials of the Surjani Police Station said it was not a targeted attack but a robbery bid. The officials, however, added the ATTACKERS did not loot anything. Further investigation is in progress.

In Aram Bagh area, body of a young man was found near a furniture market. The victim could not be identified till the filing of this report. Police officials said that apparently, unidentified attackers took him captive and later killed him. He had several torture marks on his body. The body was moved to the Edhi morgue, Sohrab Goth, for identification after medico-legal formalities at the Civil Hospital.

All the three victims sustained multiple bullets and died. The bodies were taken to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for medico-legal formalities. A heavy contingent of the Rangers and police also reached the site and collected evidence. DSP Abbas further said that initial investigation suggested that all the victims were drug peddlers and were killed on personal enmity. Further investigation is in progress.

You guys need to make up your mind on whether the incidents in Karachi are terrorism or political unrest. Last time I posted in the Terrorism area and I was told to post it in the political section. You guys seem to be confused on this account..

It's a reaction to the Tamil Nadu train burning...

problems in comprehension it seems... You consider killing of 9 people as an accident
