NHK official: Japan will never forget US nuclear attacks

I advise reading the actual records before making spurious claims.

Kangxi.Qianlong and Yongzheng are all from the royal family.

The problem there is no such thing as a Manchu or Han gene, nearby populations overlap genetically so its hard to say whether the admixture was already there or it was a more recent event.

ok, thanks for clarification.

Are you serious 50%
I think out of virtue of how many ancestors most humans would have, there would be Jurchen/Manchu ancestor somewhere,I doubt it would matter to most Han though.

I think an analogy would be the Arabian/Persian supposed ancestry of Fujianese Han,Y haplogroups typical of the Middle East total up to be less than 1%,while autosomal studies show that its insignificant.

.
Well, the DNA is of course the same between Chinese, Koreans, Japanese, just like its the same between Russians, Ukrainians, Belarussians.
Nope, aint the same, just similar. Speaking like you is like saying the West are all Roman.

There exists a genetic cline in regards to autosomal/mitochondrial DNA studies but Y DNA studies show that Southern Han Y DNA is skewed towards the North and have several different clusters.

Viets are not Chinese. Already proven.
I don't think anyone claimed that:yahoo:

Even they can't deny that they historically there was a large influx of "Han" refugees, while the only population movement of Kinh towards China are the Jing of Guangxi and various tributes or captives of war.

Vietnamese lived in China in the past, specially in the Yue kingdom which fought the Wu kingdom and was beaten by Sun Wu's troops.

Ever heard of Wo Xin Chang Dan, Yue Wang Gou Jian?

Considering how there was significant Australoid population in Vietnam(China also) then a shift towards Mongoloid skeletons, you can come to conclusion that modern day Kinh have some sort of origin in Southern China.

However this was prior to the establishment of ethnic identities therefore the Baiyue have nothing to do with them.

Even the languages of GouWu and YuYue are theorized to be a fusion of Sino Tibetan and Tai Kadai/Hmong Mien not Austroasiatic.

An analogy would be Aztecs/Incans(if they still existed today) claiming that Siberian natives are one of them.

The medieval Vietnamese hijacked the toponym/ethnoym for themselves to develop a separate ethnic identity or to extend their history while the Cantonese use it as a toponym while their ethnicity would be "Han".

Throughout Chinese history,Han Chinese(as well as others) have utilized extinct Chinese states as a name of their region/kingdom.
