From a Western report, many of those Tibetans are regretting that they left China for India or Nepal, because they are poor and starved compared with their brothers in China; they are being suppressed culturally and socially in their adopt-country. They wanted to go back to China after decades roaming in foreign countries, but they can not show any documents that they are Chinese. They don’t have passport, etc. so they are denied entrance to China.

They are regretful and morose…

That investment is to rob Tibetan culture and to increase northern chinese settlements. What is the use of economic progress if you do not have any identity.
