Can't agree more, but the changes need to take place elsewhere too especially coaches + management. First question though...why was the poor sarfaraz sacked? if it was his performance, yes Rizwan is a good replacement but what about the team management? Misbah and waqar + company have destroyed the team. the bowlers struggling to take wickets on NZ wickets (that's pathetic to be honest) what's the bowling coach doing there?

I think Shoaib Akhtar already talked about this. There is lobby who don’t want Sarfaraz. Until and unless someone fixes/remove internal politics, nepotism and favoritism, we will continue to see Punjab vs other provinces.
Why certain players are preferred over other players? ImamulHaq and Usman Qadir? same lobby wanted to bring Umar Amin in the team but he failed and was dropped. Same lobby remove Asim Kamal and Fawad Alam from the team and same lobby never gave Tabish Khan a chance even when he was the top wicket taker in domestic.

We need to produce likes of Hanif Mohammad, Javid Miandad, Zaheer Abbas and Saeed Anwar. Domestic cricket setup needs improvements, honest and experience coaches and trainers are needed, no more reshwat khor coaches who promote players after taking bribes.

We need to rebuild test team by bringing new younger talented players. We really don’t have huge lot and the few have talent are getting older and getting wasted in domestic cricket or leaving the country for better opportunities.

In my humble opinion Shan, Abid, Haris Sohail, Naseem Shah, Abbas should be dropped from the TEST team and new blood should be added in the team.

Agreed buddy, to be frank I don't even recognise more than half of the people you mentioned since I have stopped following the game after disappointment with the napotism and favouritism but there is a need for professionalism in the team and players, most of the current team belongs to the category of "raelu katas" (as mentioned by the PM Imran Khan) which is damaging for the team in the long term.

Strange to see Pakistan in such bad form and Pak cricket unhealthy. One would have expected handsome to have introduced some reforms and taken a keen interest with the running of the sport in the country.

As a kid growing up in the early 90s, Pak used to absolutely dominate India, spl in Sharjah, spl on fridays lol.. it would be a rare rare win for India against them if ever.

What the hell is Shan Masood still doing in the team, normally the rubbish players will score below 10 runs in the series and in their last innings of the series they will score +50 just to keep themselves in the team, he can’t even do that, beyond rubbish
