As we know that Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar & Quaita are overcrowded we need some new ports and cites. In 72 years after independence we haven’t built any cities we only depend on old cites.
Building of new cities and ports will bring new markets schools offices Gov and private jobs new construction business and much more. Hazrat Umar r.z said: When you see that cities are becoming over build new city.
In only nine years many cities were built under the instructions of Umar bin Khatab r.z.
We think that only Gov is supposed to invest in building of Ports and cites but we forget that private investment can do this just like Mundra port has been built in India.
Bharia Town Chappale Builders and many other can do it easily but we must insure them that we will protect their investment.
