Looks nice and somewhat bigger then the original F-5 does anyone know what kind of radar and emc this aircraft uses

what a load of BS.

Talking about installing two RD-33 in F-5 airframe

I think their next stealth fighter would have a modified F-5 nose.

What i suspect hundreds of F5 sitting in storage been canabalize.....
Two RD93 is too heavy for F5 frame.....what you think guys?...or older version of US engine were big and heavy compare to RD93 ?

A country with not much support given in the program, learns to make significant changes in design and integrates different weapons systems is plausible.

Good work!

The F-14s they recieved are probably inferior to these.

The Iranians had the PHOENIX AAM that they've used in the Iran-Iraq War. I've seen nothing to indicate that they even come close to duplicating the radar, let alone the entire kit.

They are most likely using Russian radars at least up to the standard of Mig-29. So the avionics is new, they have missiles from Russia also TOT of many US and Russian weapons which makes them better off than using old F-14s.

No sale of said kit has been reported by Russia.

Again, no indication that they have come close to the F-14 kit
they have missiles from Russia also TOT of many US and Russian weapons which makes them better off than using old F-14s.
That is not a valid assumption. We have no evidence that they've even mated different missiles to different targeting systems. Without the interface kits, a Russian missile will not talk to a French computer and there has been no reported sale of such kits to Iran by any country.

And I do not believe the Iranians can master the interfaces on their own.
