But wasn't the current 1500km test on shaheen 2 based on a different apogee to the 2000km test

I have my badd-dua ready, just in case....... if they test a firecracker instead of anything less than 3000km's, this is how my one will go:

Flight altitude is 100-300km for Shaheen II, not 700km.
