Dear brother Kamran! How are you? As a starter of photography you don need a very professional camera.A DSLR which have a manual n auto shooting mode is good with 18mm to 200mm zoom lens.If you go for Nikon with Tamron lens is OK.I think F90 is a good camera. For practice try to get one used with good working condition as a beginning coz after some time you can sell it with less lose n buy better one.I hope it will help.TC:cheers:
Sorry bro I don know any institution in Pakistan for photography. You can learn from net, there are sites with lessons.
But online web lessons arent such an experience as physcially attending classes are, and then how some photography nuances are taught. But i think it mostly works for those who got a natural talent for it. I cant even take a sensible shot from point and shoot, hardly know much abt the features and their use, . Know someone who isnt a professional but does amazing job and shares his work online, hardly seen such stuff off lately. But the person did go thru some initial training, but has natural talent. I can only take pictures of coakroaches and cats from camera held at 60 to 150 degree angles to seem like a pro. Thats how far my creativity gets me.

2nd hand bro . Seen quite afew on olx for 40k
Go for the new generation mirrorless if you want to buy a new one.
For most of the purposes, a point-and-shoot will do just fine, or sometimes may even be better than a DSLR.

Even phone cameras take awesome pictures these days.

18-200mm is a catch-all kind of all-purpose lens. It does a decent job, but if you want to take really good pictures then you need to use specialized lenses. With that lens, images will softer in the far edges.

Take a look at 50mm f/1.4G for example. That's the kind of lens you want to go outdoors with!
