It is the reality that BD land area is increasing and its elevation is also rising. It will remain a continuous play by the nature. There is nothing the Indian posters or Indian govt can do about it, however they lament. By the way, if BD receives 2.4 billion ton of soil/silt every year, there is no doubt it is coming from India. India will keep on paying soil taxes to BD until the end of this Earth.
