Critical Technology as these Electric Distribution Transformers are used even in Industrial Units such as Thermal Plants and for providing Electricity to the citizens of India at thier Homes.

Union Government of India do transfer the Technology for Transfer and Transfer of Technology under United Nations Conventions.

still below par fit and finish...way way below par...chips off the paint...misaligned plates/panels, exposed welds that look unprofessional...I don't know whether it's the sweltering humidity of India or just the lower smart fraction of India, it seems the same quality as you would see in 2000-2004...internationally it looks like something out of 1970s Hong Kong....only Indian brand which is almost up there internationally is Royal Enfield

Not easy to steal the power. Different technology and compatiable with the sensors.

Cooling part photographs are there but the advance technology PHD's is different with the cooling part arrangements.

Did some searching the design is for oil immersed distribution transformer. Prolec has a joint venture with GE. But fail to find anything revolutionary about them.
Here is a chinese company making these and pictures sort of match the Indian one.
