If u asking about Indian companies selling cars in Pak then that depends on when Pak will provide MFN to India.

Besides i don't thing that even MFN will work in this case as there is strong opposition from Pak's auto industry in this respect so they will most possibly put it in negative list.

So don't expect Indian cars to roll out in Pak for atleast 3-5 years.

That will not happen because Pakistan doesnt have the infrastructure to support high class manufacturing and Pakistan hasn;t give MFN status to India also.
