Being weak is relative, you are militarily stronger than say Bangladesh or Tajikistan but when compared to India, a country with more than four times the landmass and plentiful in resources too, it is only natural that you are weaker than us in conventional terms. the IAF is at a ratio of 1.5. The IAF also has issues with squadron strength and target practice.

1.5. ratio for IAF, pilot to aircraft is increasing exponentially with the crashing of the IAF fighter planes every other day, turning into twisted metal...provided the IAF pilots ejects safely, they are good at ejecting at the first sign of any danger...have to give it to them.

So IAF pilots are very smart...they are crashing their old/new jets to increase the pilot to plane ratio...and to get new Rafaels as well.
