What's new

Nepal, China begin first-ever joint military exercises

You don't need to level all the mountains. Airbases could be developed in the flatter terrains with aircrafts capable of covering all the territories.
I wasn't talking about the landing zones. I was talking about the geography of the country. As of now, Nepal is very poor and airports are not in their priority.

That's why I said China should help!

If you have not noticed, this is the first ever exercise we did with Nepal...and there is more to come, build a strong military relation with Nepal is only good for Nepalese and they will know who to look for when facing India's bully.:azn:
And why we're hopeless with the fun just begun , it's sound like India's desperation trying to counter China's move in BD, Sri Lanka and now Nepal.
There has been first to many things. But going gaga for each and every thing that has China and Nepal in it is absolutely childish.
It will be hilarious if Nepal ask ask the biggest bully in Asia for help:lol:.

This is same as what we doing with Mongolia. No face value at all. :azn:
But I will leave you to your fantasy of having Nepali army by your side while they fight their own Nepali Gurkhas in Indian army:lol:.

Yeah, let's hope they don't make 'Sri Lanka' out of Nepal;)

India might try to absorb Nepal like Sikkim. These airfields will be needed to check Indian aggression.
Pray tell what happened to Tibet?
You should definitely supply the Nepalese with as much munition as is possible, in fact give the Nepalese all the aid you send out Pakistan's way as well.

This exercise shows how weak and poor Chinese influence in Nepal actually is, as the exercise will be a mere section level exercise which means only 15-20 men from each side will participate.:lol:

On the contrary in Nepal-Indian military exercise held last month, not only was 35x bigger as it saw the participation of 700 troops each from Nepal & India but the duration of the exercise was longer too.
Regardless of what you'd like to believe, any country would milk the opportunities of getting the best treatment owing to a turf war, balancing geo-policy dynamics is a game thankfully we Indians excel at. Our neighborhood will appease both India and China, straying away from a Pakistan like absolute dependence.
BD, Nepal and SL can gain a lot from Indo-Chinese sabre rattling. Pakistan doesn't know the extent of it's over dependence on the Chinese yet but it's a scarey thought having all your eggs in one basket, all claims of eternal brotherhood aside.
