neighbouring country fears IAF’’s prowess

December 26th, 2008

Guwahati, Dec 26 (ANI): Air Marshal P K Barbora, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Western Air Command has said the neighbouring country namely Pakistan is scared of the capabilities of the Indian Air Force (IAF).
Addressing mediapersons here on Thursday, the Air Marshal said that the neighbouring country is scared of the IAF’’s airmanship and marksmanship.
“It is the fact that whatever inputs we have got over a period of time and many of occasions when we had a little bit of rift, from time to time, we have not gone to war, which is good. If Pakistan has ever been discouraged of going into any kind of adventure and misadventure, it is because they are actually scared of the Indian Air Force’’s capabilities,” he added.
He also noted that though war is the last option, the IAF is ready to take on Pakistan in case of a war.
India has urged Pakistan to avoid “war hysteria” and focus on dismantling terrorist infrastructure. And in this context, Air Marshal Barbora confidently observed that if required, IAF is ready to face any situation.
India have blamed Pakistan-based militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) for last month”’’s attacks in Mumbai that killed 179 people.
Pakistan denies any links to the assault, blaming “non-state actors” and has promised to cooperate in investigations into the assault if provided with proof. (ANI)

LOL!

I wish we had a jokes forum. If anything it's India that's dilly dallying after having portrayed a posture much too macho to maintain.

Well, he seems so sure. 26th is here paw. Where the hell are you. First you give us a deadline, and then you dont show up to your own deadline, and call us scared you moron...

Empty words. I think Pakistan is the one that has to start this war, if there is gona be any war, as india seems to have no guts to follow up on their own deadline....

Or perhaps they are to scared of PAK's Nuking india Factor.

While definately IAF is not something to be taken for granted, but PAF is actually scared of them, lol. What was he smoking when he issued a statement like this.

What? :woot:

Send him to the Great Indian Laughter, where he can cash his skills and earn some money and fame both for himself and the Airforce he represents.

I didnt mean to insult or underestimate the IAF, but this officer from IAF should not underestimate PAF so ruthlessly.

Regards
Tauheed

What else can we expect from there?? L0L

First the bollywood dramas and the tough talk, now we have to deal with trash talk.:argh::argh:

When will they learn:hitwall::hitwall:

It is interesting how the Indian Marshall can make such silly comments. Another way of looking at it is this...Just because China hasn't gone into any adventure is because they are scared of IAF Prowess.

If you step back and think about the situation, you will see that China is not scared of the IAF.

Everyone...especially our international friends and non South Asian friends...Take a good look at the level of maturity of high ranking Indian military officials. Isn't it shocking how childish they are?

Let him live in a fool's paradise.they haven't learnt a lesson as yet.He will get to know when their IAF come face to face with our PAF.
