Negotiations with TTP

I'm from swat.we did lots of negotiations with TTP in swat but what they did in response?they gained time & regrouped in 1st couple of weeks &then they invades the main city of swat which is mingora.so why are we going again? There is no benefit of negotiations except time giving to TTP

I am not supporter of negotiations,

PA is waiting for green signal from goverment to start operation against TTP and we all know thats not going to happen at least for now.
