RAWALPINDI: Owing to the negligence and incompetence of Rawalpindi Intermediate and Secondary Board of Education (RISBE) officials, around 35000 matric certificates which were prepared for their delivery to the successful candidates have gone wasted due to errors and mistakes.Around Rs1.0 million of Education Board Rawalpindi which is already under enormous financial stress have gone down the drain.

The students who have passed annual examination of matric will have to wait for a long period to acquire their certificates.Chairman Higher Education Authority Punjab has taken notice of the issue and appointed Asghar Mall College‘s Principal to probe the matter.
