For example to take out chinese supremacy against the united states in asia , united states signed agreement with a non nato country India for its airforce and naval command to use indian infrstructure and command and control aassets in their hour of need. Japan and south korea doing the same. Israel and saudi arabia doing it while keeping it hidden from public. Russia and syria doing it against usa in middle east with russians using syrian assets and infrastructure to monitor and in same cases control usa supremecy in the region.

In light of global and our neighbourhood events is it not the right time for paf and strategic missile forces to sign an logistic agreement against our foes for the hour of need? Using chinese infrastructure and command and control assets can be very useful to country and keep a balance against india/usa in an hour of need.

In pakistan and China's case the logistics agreement of this type makes more sense and impact on battlefield as both nations use same types of weapons and assets (majorly) and both nations are connected via land territories which other nations dont have. Also china and pakistan are more strategically and economically connected. With chinese using ours and we using theirs as per requirement.
