If the choice is between the three I could give my views since I have owned all three at different times .

For City driving all three models are fine.An odd feature here or there matters little.

Verna : Reliable, sturdy , good service network a little steep in servicing & parts.

Ciaz : Comes with the unbeatable service network of Maruti , comfortable & fairly roomy, Value for money.

City : I am using this car now. Surprisingly sturdy , wonderful mileage, minimal maintenance . The newer model has better ground clearance which helps negotiating speed breakers.

I am not too inclined towards ciaz,,so its basically between verna n city.
But which variant to choose,,i like the city petrol ivtecV,,but at same price i can get top petrol version of verna sx(o),,which has more airbags, but i dont like cars with sunroof.
What to do?:undecided:

i hate cars buy a chopper
I like bikes more thn cars.
Magar gari kharidni hai,,yeh batao konsi lu

Honda City.
City has nice package n but verna comes with stronger engine n better infotainement system,,n after test driving verna seems to have more acceleration.
Frm outside verna looks better,,frm inside city beats verna

Ciaz is outdated - it is a decent car. The update should be coming soon.

I recently was confused between the Verna and the City. The Verna is loaded to the gill with features - the top variant has cooled seats in the front, Android Auto and every conceivable bell and whistle and it is about 60-70k cheaper than the City.

But if you are looking at back seat comfort and will be driven around, there is no comparison - the City is eons ahead. Much more leg room and head room.

So if you are driving mostly on your own and only kids and short people will be seating behind - don't look beyond the Verna. Else, it is the City.

After the initial few months all cars are pretty much the same once the charm & newness wears off.

My experience with Hyundai is that post warranty the cost of servicing & repairs is needlessly high.

The City I now have is repaired / serviced by mechanics close to office & they cost 50 - 60 % less with the same level of efficiency.

If I were to change , I would go for a diesel, automatic vehicle.

first you need to identify what your requirements are
1) soap box which will take you from one location to another location regularly
2) a mean machine that you will drive for pleasure
3) hassle free maintenance or resale value
4) I am a safety guy who always wears helmets
...etc

maruti has a very good service network, so maintenance is a breeze. verna is good but doubt it will hold up well if owned for long period. Honda is better in quality but over priced in Indian market.

As you evaluate the car you will become more confused between levels, features of different brand, so get your requirements correct.

I like German Whips. Though Japanese are reliable.
Which one of the two,,,verna sx or city v

U r right,,city is abit comfy thn verna.
N yes it wud be mostly me driving.
Thing is verna sx doesnt come wid push start,,i thought it was basic,,its only present in the top sx(0) variant,,,but thn it also has the sunroof which i loathe,,thn again city(v) is similay priced to petrol top model verna sx(0),,just abit more.

Btw,,,hyundai also has a habbit of coming up wid new updates pretty frequently,,depreciating the resale value

Buy the Honda amaze cvt petrol,
It has big sofa like rear bench, great leg room, 400 litre boot and the ivtec engine is fun to drive. Please take a test drive of this car before your final decision.
You will save couple of lakhs by buying this rather than city.
Invest the difference for tension free life.
