You should not be influenced by any political pressure, by any party or individual. If you want to raise the prestige and greatness of Pakistan, do you duty as servants to the people and the State, fearlessly and honestly. Governments are formed, governments are defeated, Prime Ministers come and go. Ministers come and go, but you stay on, and therefore, there is a very great responsibility placed on your shoulders. Whichever Government is formed according to the constitution you duty is not only to serve loyally and faithfully, but, at the same time, fearlessly maintaining your high reputation, your prestige, your honour and the integrity of your service
Probably a message to the police. He said this in an interview with Hamid Mir on Geo TV.

Jinnah originally said this twice. Once in an address to Chittagong and the second time in Peshawar. Jinnah's new government had elected a Chief Minister in NWFP and he said this while explaining that even if his own CM gives an unlawful order, your duty is to the law and the constitution and you must keep the interest of the state, the people first.

Quaid-e-Azam said those words and he was Right about that.

Our Police needs to Follow the constitution and Not the Illegal Orders of the Governor or the president.

Some examples have been Made recently as one of the IG refused to obey Govt orders to arrest Lawyers during the Long March. another SP also did the same BUT both have been sacked.

He has had his bad decisions but one must admit he would have restored the judges he promised in public and he wants a long political career after all.

Although it is odd that only PML(Q) members were seen at the supreme court.

Yeah I think we should have Ameer-ul-momenin though I don't quite happily agree with Nawaz's approach.

All of that is irrelevant. The issue whether Nawaz is good enough for leadership has nothing to do with the (in)competency of the present day government and its unlawful imposition of its writ.

I cannot understand then that why are people so looking forward to Musharraf to return who attacked a mosque and then goes over and says all judges are corrupt then they say that Nawaz made people attack a saintly institute I am only saying that for now I think return of Nawaz is Pakistans best option.

Nawaz is a good anti-imperialist force within Pakistan. Once that objective is achieved, I see Nawaz giving Pakistan no other benefit.

Nawaz is either going to be beaten real bad and we will have a version of civillian dictatorship or he will be a champion of a revolution which will make our country head back on the right path.
