every human being will have some sort of heart disease by the age 60, especially when they are diabetic, obese, non complaint, hulwa eaters

point is he can drop dead any time, no one can grantee his health..but so can half of the other Pakistani inmates..

the discussion shouldn't have been whether he is sick or not, but why should he be given preferential treatment over 1 million other Pakistanis in jail, some of whom are in for even a smaller crime

the answer to that is he is loved by 10 million pakistanis, noone else is loved by so many in jail
the fact that discussion was nawaz sharif is ill, not that he is convicted criminal really shows how hopeless the promise of accountability is in pakistan..i dont expect it going nay where, i just hope IK can deliver on his other promises and dont end up printing fake notes like nawaz sharif did in his last year

One could argue that Nawaz's own parents at least ensured he had a comfortable life - despicable as it is. But the poor parents of impoverished patwaris need to look themselves in the mirror - no dignity AND no hope of sharing in the riches this filth hoards for himself.

2. A person who support corrupt people. A common term for the supporters of Nawaz Sharif.
3. A term in Pakistan used by educated people to refer to stupid idiot followers of the most corrupt person in the history of the Pakistan Mian Muhamad Nawaz Sharif.
4. A illetrate, dumb and idiot person who supports corrupt politicians mainly Nawaz Sharif and his party PML-N. Who has been convicted in money laundering. They are normally from poor background and are not classed as 1st class citizens.

patwaris motivation can be vast, from Punjabi card, to biryani, having a importer business, hating imran khan or love on first sight in 1985 when they saw a young energetic man in his 30s talking about great Pakistan..well it is different story it never happened after 35 years
