Nawabshah: Teacher, 11 schoolchildren die in road mishap

NAWABSHAH (Dunya News) - At least 12 people including a teacher and 11 schoolchildren lost their lives in a road accident in Nawabshah on Wednesday.

According to police, a truck collided with a school bus on Qazi Ahmed Link Road, killing 11 children while injuring 25 others.

The Edhi sources said the school bus was dropping kids to their home when the accident occurred.

The dead and the injured were shifted to nearby hospital while an investigation is underway.

Meanwhile, emergency has been declared in all hospitals of the district.

Around 18 children were reportedly in the bus at the time of the accident.
