I used to have a DVD of this documentary series by the Military Channel, but have misplaced it. Therefore, I decided to search around and found all the episodes online, posted by different people under different (and sometimes wrong) names.
I think members of this forum will enjoy these. They may serve as a comparator for SSG/SSGN training, but we should keep in mind that the climates, threats, scenarios etc. that the SSG/SSGN may train for may differ from the Navy SEALs. In any case, it makes for great viewing.
Just some background information:
The documentary follows the Navy SEALs recruits of Class 234 through the Basic Underwater Demolition training, which lasts 6 months and consists of some of the toughest physical training in the world.
