Dear Friends,
Just a legal question. If a UK soldier / civilian is killed in friendly fire the family can go to court ask for an inquest can the same be done in Pakistan and do courts have the power to order payment of compensation etc ?
Regards
On paper this is always the case. In reality the politics is much strong. Depend where the victim stands: on the side of politics or against the politics. Most of the time it is against the politics. So no compensation.
