NATO fuel tankers set ablaze in Pakistan

You destroyed oil tankers!! Okay!

But why kill poor drivers? They are poor people just working for money to feed there families! wtf!

Unlike USA at least India has a good relation with Iran , so Indians can trade with Afghanistan from the Chahbahar port !
.
yes you can but there will be no trade b/w india/afg from pakistan until americans leave .

you mean we r destroying tanks :azn: just joking . No dear talibans r doing it .and i fully support this act .the army should do the same . indian dream to increse their presence will not come ture as talibans will control afganistan again after americans run-away

As i told on this forum before: the blockage of oil will hurt Rawlibans the most.
They would like to resume the oil supply as soon possibles, apparently return of tankers from border had turn them mad.
Clearly, blockage of oil supply... had hooked TTP by its balls and they need to be hooked for ever.
Now they have only two choices... show frustration or go back to their homes in Dehli.

Looks like an insurance job.

Apparently these tankers don't meet the requirements/not needed in the Pakistani domestic supply chain.

Nato supplies from Karachi: An international fight throws a spanner in the works for the oil tanker business – The Express Tribune

You bhartis are so well aquinted of Pakistani trucks towing oil & goods to Afghanistan...but let me ask you how many wheels are there on the truck burning in middle of the picture? or perhaps you are down playing the crimes of your state.

Some.... idiots don't know how much horse power is required to ship thousands of barrels of oil from Pakistan refnereies to across the hindu-kush, risking the journey of thousands of kilometer all the way is no go.
In economic terms.... if a car breaks down on Pakistan motor way... its towing charges to nearest garage are enormous and if these trucks stop on motor way in mountains... they need complete workshop to be moved to the wilderness.

Now another conspiracy from the batman, 'Rawliban'!

And you have only one option watch what they do and showing frustration like 'rawliban'. lol Delhi did not go to Afghanistan to come back, we are there to stay. Works going on, note the Bonn conference and recent deals. As I said wait and see. :)

Even I too support stoping supplies to NATO,
but I do not favour the idea of giving back Afganistan to the Taliban, they will drag back the country back to the 16th century and the only way Afgan farmers will make a life will be with thier poppy fields, which will feed the international drug lords and destroy the youth of the next generation from underneeth.

Dear forum readers,

It is obvious that the enemies of our nations are busy taking advantage of our strained relationship and trying to destabilize the region with their acts of terror. The “Salala” incident might have halted our mission against terrorism at the moment, but we can all see that those who fear our alliance are viewing this as an opportunity to carry forward their dark and evil agenda. The terrorists leave very little to ponder regarding their motives and continue to make their evil objectives clear. The responsibility of not turning a blind eye rests with us, and bringing justice to those who fall prey to their planning also rests upon our governments. An innocent driver was killed in this attack, and this incident follows the one where as many as 32 oil tanker and 10 containers carrying fuel and other supplies for NATO forces in Afghanistan were torched. It’s incidents like these that prove the danger that looms over the region and highlights the need to redirect our attention back to those who are dead set on destroying the region.

the thing is that at this time there is too much anger among people of pakistan and the armed forces of pakistan and its not safe to continue with NATO supply via pakistan.
NATO damaged WOT beyond repair by killing the one most important force fighting with them "the army of pakistan" and by angering the millions of pakistani people by refusing to come clean and apologize.
The ball is now in NATO/USA court...Pakistan cant resolve tbis situation.anymore.

Dear “Safriz”

We fully realize that the Salala incident has been a big set back to our efforts against the common enemies, and the situation is forcing our Pakistani counterparts to react angrily. We understand that emotions are running high and that many think the time has come for us to part ways. But the logic must prevail for the sake of both nations, and the big picture must not be ignored. The threat that forced us to join hands is still looming over the region and seems to be only growing since this incident. Can we deny that the terrorists are utilizing this situation to their benefit? Therefore, we cannot place enough emphasis on the importance of both nations in stabilizing the region. We do not expect people to quickly get over and forget what happened, but we certainly express hope that our relationship will recover for the sake of keeping the region safe. We would like to reiterate what Cameron Munter (US Ambassador to Pakistan) said in his latest interview: “In fact when people die, whether they are Pakistanis or Americans, it is too many and it was a tragedy that it happened. We have really tried to make it clear how sorrowful we are about this event. We feel the pain of the Pakistani people. In the coming days, most of all we want to make sure that we learn from this and that this never happens again. The mechanism that should have prevented this failed. We need to work together to make sure that mechanisms are in place and this should not happen again.”
