tional Geographic Channel has collaborated with Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) to air a documentary on India’s Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM), which shall premier on American cable and satellite channel on November 5. The one-hour feature includes the mission in its developmental stage, the challenges the team faced during the whole time, live action visuals, graphical content and expert interviews. It was on November 5, 2013 when the country’s first inter-planetary mission was launched, and it entered Mars’ orbit on September 14, 2014. The programme shall be telecast 9 p.m. in English and Hindi with even regional language options made available. The show shall be repeated for the next 24 hours to ensure maximum viewership.
