@doppelganger You've got the goosebumps bit right. Even when we had to skip the morning assembly for track practice or a project as senior students- we would always end up hearing the faint reverberations of the anthem being sung- even more so the absolute silence that preceded it for a few moments, 3000 students in absolute silence- you couldn't miss it. We had a large school and even half a km away in the comp lab you knew it was time- rongte khade ho jate hai and you just had to stand up and sing- you just couldn't help it.
