@HRK I used to read alot aboumazhab kay hawat the shariah system...Used to be a moderator on an Islamic forum some yrs back...While researching I noticed that shariah bhi in most cases apnay mazhab kay hawalay say interpret ki wi hai !! Which makes people claiming rubbish and trying to justify it!!

Shariah itslef was written AFTER prophet SAW was gone.....because while he was alive people would refer to the Quran...or basically just ask HIM

I would be in complete agreement with you if you could replace "most" with "some". I think it is because of this reason..... a poet said

KHUDA KA SHUKAR HAI HUM SAAB HI BE-BAAS HAI WARANA
KHUDA PER BI MUQARAR KER DEY TE APNE NAAFS KE MAYAR
