Are they supposed to be baked or consumed as it is ?

there re tons of ways to eat it...use it in chocolate fudge or while makin brownies,in milkshakes,on cakes,cupcakes,as ingridient in baking recepies,as frosting...as bhi khalo tu its fun to eat....

A couple of villages I suppose where I ate Saag with Makaiii kii Rotiii but never was a fan of Saag Gosht...just Saag is better !

i have had aloo gosht and dal gosht,liked them both.

I love makki di roti and saag obviously,another under rated fav is bajre ki roti and desi murgi masala in rajasthan.

Oh they are aplenty but the must traditional food is served in the villages; its free from impurities & bursting with taste.

By the way are you a Punjabi ?
