I read this report couple of days back and I think it is not very accurate and one must not really pay much heed to it. We must understand that reports like these-- which try to determine the number of warheads, launchers or perhaps deployment are based on open source information and imagery analysis--which at times can lead to erraneous answers. That is the reason why the report maintains a disclaimer that the ranges are "approximate" and the number of TELs do not equate to number of missiles etc.
I would specifically limit my answer to Indian SFC.
1) The number of A-1 and A-2 procured are way higher than mentioned in the report.
2) A-4 has very recently gotten into production stage after clearing both development and user trials. And since this hurdle was cleared last year, I think thats the reason why it did not find mention in the report.
3) A-5 although not in production or deployment has cleared all the trials and production would start very very soon. Secondly the true range of A-5 is something that no serving DG-DRDO has ever officially stated. It was always said 5500+ or 5000+kms. What it means is, A-5 can potentially cover a range much more than 5500kms in certain trajectories. More on that later.
4) K-4 is under going various trials and soon a trial off the INS Arihant will take place.
Also I would like to point out that IAC-2 project that envisaged a 65000 tones carrier has taken back seat and govt is more bent on first acquiring a series of 6 SSNs that will have hull very similar to INS Arihant. This is expected to cost IN roughly $12bn.
