What is this idiotic logic? India is democratic country. People vote to elect their government. Legislation in parliament by such governments becomes law. Clearly you lack understanding of how constitutional law works. Once it becomes a law, every constitution abiding citizen has to follow it whether he likes it or not. Otherwise per our fundamental duty (also mentioned in constitution), they are in violation of constitution and hence prosecutable.

So it's not about whether something is constitutional law or not - what matters is whether the law being brought into effect is acceptable or not. If minority basic rights are not protected, then your majoritarian government has failed, regardless of how they came into power.
