200 trucks everyday means approx 73000 truck visits a year200 trucks a day is very normal.
The very fact that you quoted me showed you didnt have a reply coz had you one you wouldnt miss a chance to point it outhere goes the myth about not adding a MW
not worthy for a reply...
My dear pls calculate correctly .200 trucks everyday means approx 73000 truck visits a year
even if we take two way fair of 20000 PKR (Very conservative estimate)
The annual transportation charges alone would amount to 1.4 Billion PKR.
hahaha that cracked me up, thanksThe very fact that you quoted me showed you didnt have a reply coz had you one you wouldnt miss a chance to point it out
500,000 CF, not KG......Even the large containers are able to carry 5000 Litters...for a 500,000 CF container the carried mass would be ~12000 KG.My dear pls calculate correctly .
Gas required to generate one Mwt = 260Nm3=9.1728 mcf=148.57kg.
to generate 450 mwtts required kgs =66856kg/hr
to generate 450 mwtts for 24 hrs =1604tons/day
if one container carrying 50,000 kgs , no of containers required to produce 450 mwtts /day=32
per container round trip fare = 80,000 pkr
Total cost of transportation for 450 mwtts gerneration (nandi pur)/day=2.56 millon pkr/day
total no of kwt hours produced in one day =10800000 kwt hr
assuming electricity produced is Rs 11 /kwt hour, value of electricity produced per day=Rs 118 million pkr
cost of transportation per kwt hr =25.6 millon pkr/10.8million units produced per day=Rs0.23/kwts hr.
THEREFORE NET TRANSPORTATION PER KWT HR VIA ROAD =Rs 0.23/kwt hr .
Even by this formula the trucks per day are 133 , cost of 133 trucks /day is 10.6 million pkr. Units produced per day 10.8 million kwt hr. Cost pf lng trasportaion =Rs 0.98 /kwt hr. this is by your formula .500,000 CF, not KG......Even the large containers are able to carry 5000 Litters...for a 500,000 CF container the carried mass would be ~12000 KG.
we just went into circles , i think we both have a convergance on the fact that via road is a stop gap while pipe line is a permanent solution .Even by this formula the trucks per day are 133 , cost of 133 trucks /day is 10.6 million pkr. Units produced per day 10.8 million kwt hr. Cost pf lng trasportaion =Rs 0.98 /kwt hr. this is by your formula .
from Karachi? 20000 Rs? The freight is about 100000 to 120000 from Karachi to Faisalabad and some 50000 to 60000 from Faisalabad to Karachi. We can assume that it will be same for Nandipur plant and still is way more than 20k. As we have both earlier pointed, if the fuel needs to be transported and cannot reach by pipe line, rail link will be the best or most suitable alternative.200 trucks everyday means approx 73000 truck visits a year

Two way fare of a truck carrying 50000 KGs LNG in just 80000 PKR just cracked me upMy dear pls calculate correctly .
